Flook is a sustainable online platform that combines traditional e-commerce, flash sales and daily deals to deliver the best possible prices on exclusive brands.

Ordinarily these offers and products are not available to individual customers, but through our relationships with suppliers in the sports and hospitality industry, Flook has the buying power to secure these products to pass on to its members.

WHAT IS A FLOOK OFFER?

Your member-exclusive offering – a discount on any sports-related item, venue or event, travel destination or equipment and apparel deal – that we have negotiated with a merchant, which we then offer to our members for purchase.

WHERE DO I FIND FLOOK OFFERS?

Simply register with Flook – for free – and receive daily offers straight to your inbox. Only offers relevant to your area (based on your personal criteria) will be delivered to you and we won't spam you with multiple daily emails or insignificant deals.

HOW DO I BUY A FLOOK OFFER?

Simply by clicking the “Buy Now” button to purchase a product, and then completing the transaction using your credit card, DiscoveryMiles or via EFT.

CAN I BUY THE SAME OFFER FOR MYSELF AND A FRIEND?

Oh, but you must! Yes you can, just remember that you'll need to purchase the two offers separately, as the website functionality does not enable buyers to purchase gift deals and deals for themselves at the same time. Alternatively, buy two for yourself and give one to your friend.

CAN I BUY AN OFFER IN A DIFFERENT CITY?

Absolutely! We ask you to register for a specific city when you sign up so as to send you the deals that are most relevant to you, based on your location. You receive enough email – so we only want to send what's relevant. If you're planning a trip in South Africa – and want to play a golf course for the first time – check out the deals we are offering in that area.

HOW DOES FLOOK SCORE SUCH GREAT PRODUCTS?

With smoke and mirrors! Seriously, we have developed valuable relationships in the sporting and hospitality industry in South Africa which has afforded us significant bargaining power with merchants. Simply put: We can negotiate amazing deals that other companies can't.

IS IT SAFE TO BUY TICKETS VIA THE FLOOK WEBSITE?

Safe as houses. Our website is protected by a robust online security system, and your credit card information is encrypted before being sent to a secure online vault. Moreover, we don’t store your credit card information on our site, and we don’t share any of your personal information with third parties.

It’s important however that that you ensure your Flook account is kept secure, by logging out after every session – especially if you are using a shared computer or an Internet café. Always keep your login details private. The security of your account is your responsibility.

HOW DO I CREATE A FLOOK ACCOUNT?

When you register with Flook, your account will be [magically] automatically created. If you aren’t a member yet, sign up now – for free – to start receiving and purchasing our terrific deals and products.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

With so many in everyday life these days – we don’t blame you. Help is right here. Simply click the “Forgot Password” button and we’ll email you with a password reset option.

WHAT INFORMATION IS STORED IN MY ACCOUNT?

Your account stores information about the past offers you have redeemed, the purchased products you have yet to redeem, and any information you have given to us (such as your delivery address and contact number). We do not store your credit card details on our site, rather our secure payment vendor (Peach Payments) does, and only shares with us via secure token at checkout – allowing you the convenience of not having to complete the form again.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY VOUCHERS?

After successfully purchasing a Flook product, we’ll email your Voucher to you. This Voucher will also be stored online in your Flook account, which you can access via the Flook website.

To redeem it, simply print out the Voucher and take it to the relevant service provider when you’re ready to claim the offer. Where applicable, you should always make your booking in advance.

HOW LONG IS MY VOUCHER VALID?

The majority of our Vouchers are valid for three to six months; however, an expiry date will be printed on every Voucher. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions printed on your Voucher.

CAN I GIVE A VOUCHER AS A GIFT?

Of course! Flook Vouchers make fantastic gifts for sports lovers, and our service providers will accept Voucher even when presented by someone other than the original purchaser (unless it specifically states otherwise in the Terms & Conditions of that particular deal).

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY VOUCHERS VIA EMAIL?

You probably did, but it may be in your junk mail folder. It happens. We always email your Vouchers once an order is purchased, but due to heightened spam protection some email providers flag certain messages. If you are still unable to locate your Vouchers, simply log in to your account – via the Flook website – and access your coupon there.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN MY VOUCHERS?

Flook conducts itself according to the guidelines set out by the Consumer Protection Act. Should you need to return your Vouchers, please contact us via our contact us page on our website.

COMPETITIONS RULES

The judge's decision is final (isn't it always?) and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified via their Flook email address and then announced on Facebook, once they have verified their identity. Prizes are not transferable. Anyone with fake email addresses or names will be immediately disqualified.
