And if you get up there early enough, you may even spot dolphins. Either way, it will take you back to your childhood and the carefree days of summer.
- We’re quite well known on the island for our Zero Food Waste initiative.
- Set right on the sand of Le Morne beach, this hotel makes you feel like you’re staying in your own beach bungalow. Neutral palettes, organic textures, the occasional pop of colour, light-filled spaces and spaces overgrown with tropical foliage. A paradise for design-lovers that brings nothing but happiness.
- We did away with the usual hotel minibar; you know the one that’s cramped and limited, and, quite frankly, expected. Instead we designed a beautiful tropical bar with an assortment of glassware, cocktail utensils, and your pick of alcohols by the bottle.
- Globally, one third of the food we produce is never eaten. That’s 1.3 billion tons of food thrown out each year. Turns out that embracing the Zero Food Waste style isn’t that complicated. We studied the eating habits of our guests, improved the cold chain to redistribute food to our neighbouring school children and made the leftovers into compost or animal feed.
