- 1 Round of Golf each + Cart shared at the Royal Port Alfred Golf Club
- 3-hour game drive including drinks in the magnificent Sibuya Private Game Reserve
- Secluded in Nature:
- The camp can sleep up to 8 adults in 4 decked tents. There are 2 large tents with double beds, and 2 smaller tents with two single beds. Temporary arrangements can be made for extra tents if more than 8 people.
- There is a central mess tent with a basic kitchen, dining, bar and lounge area. The open air bathrooms are equipped with flushing toilets and hot water.
- All bedding linen, bath towels, cutlery, cooking equipment, wood, paraffin, firelighters and gas are provided.
- The camp is serviced twice a day, mornings and evenings. Paraffin lanterns, hot water donkey and the boma fire are all lit at a requested time, by our friendly staff member.
- Check-in: From 14h00 to 17h00 on day of arrival
- Check-out: Before 11h00 on day of departure, unless alternate arrangements made.

- 50% deposit is non-refundable, as we make use of 3rd parties in the above program, who require full payment to reserve your booking.
- 3-10 days prior to arrival, 75% of full rate is payable
- 0-2 days prior to arrival, 100% of full rate is payable
- Pease insure yourself against cancellation due to flight, airport delays, sickness or any other unforeseen circumstances. Under no circumstances can Ford Outpost refund or transfer unused bed nights caused by such incidences.
- Reservations must be informed in advance of any special dietary requirements, in the case of catered bookings.
